Prêt à passer à l'action ?
Since its launch, Sora has built its model in Paris. Nearly a hundred operated office spaces in the Paris region, a growing portfolio of partners, and a conviction increasingly shared by the market: office real estate needs a third way between the lease and coworking.
We are operating our first office in Madrid, in the Almagro district, in Chamberí. A space that now welcomes its first occupants, and that concretely marks Sora's entry into the Spanish market.

Malt, from Paris to Madrid
This first deployment in Madrid builds on an already established relationship: Malt, a European platform connecting companies with freelancers, is one of the partners that Sora operates for in Paris. But when Malt's Spanish teams looked for their new home in Madrid, they naturally turned to Sora. This time, on the other side: as a Guest, welcomed in a space operated by Sora.
This is precisely what the Sora model allows: being a Host or Guest depending on your needs, within the same logic of flexibility. A company can monetize its unused square meters in Paris, and simultaneously find a turnkey office in Madrid through Sora. Two sides of the same model, serving the same challenges.
An expansion that confirms the reach of the model
This Madrid opening is not just a geographical announcement. It validates the relevance of the Sora model beyond the French market. The service agreement applied to office real estate does not rely on local specificities: it responds to a universal reality in major European metropolises. Companies have spaces they do not fully use. Other companies are looking for flexible offices, immediately operational, without committing to long leases. Sora connects these two needs, whatever the country.
This first step in Spain also opens the door to discussions with local partners who, like Sopra Steria in France, are looking to transform their real estate portfolio into a performance driver rather than a cost center.
And this is just the beginning. Sora goes international 🌍
