Three words to describe Sora:

Responsiveness

Empathy

Professionalism

When Clément took over as CEO of Nalo, a French fintech company with 40 employees, he inherited an organization deeply marked by the Covid era: widespread remote working, which had become the norm almost by default.

“During Covid, everyone was working from home. That's how our moderate use of the office began.”

But as the company grows, its historic premises are no longer adequate: they are too small, with few meeting rooms and 16 employees without fixed workstations. For Clément, this is becoming an obstacle to internal culture and well-being.

He is confident:

“Being physically present is essential for culture and cohesion. To return to the office, we need spaces that inspire people.”

With this in mind, he is launching a search for new offices. The main objective is to optimize costs, not to outbid competitors on services.

Challenges

Very quickly, Nalo expanded its network of contacts and discovered a market that was as dense as it was opaque.

“Many real estate agents took us to visit the same places. We wasted a lot of time because of that.”

From spring to October, the team visits, compares, re-analyzes... without ever finding the winning formula.

The need becomes clear: to find a partner capable of centralizing, clarifying, and securing the process of finding offices.

The solution: Sora. Transparency, negotiation, and ongoing support

It was ultimately with Marie Callet (Sora) that Nalo discovered Sora.

A turning point in the negotiations

Marie plays a key role.

She clarifies, channels, renegotiates... and above all, facilitates dialogue with the owner.

“She really handled the contractual support. She managed to find a compromise for both sides.”

Clément acknowledges that without this technical and human support, the transaction would not have taken this course.

The Workplace Manager impact

With the arrival of Romuald, dedicated Workplace Manager, our support now extends to the complete management of subleasing.

“We are extremely happy with the support. Romuald went above and beyond what we could have imagined. I didn't think it was possible to have such high-quality service.”

Where a traditional model would have left Nalo to manage service providers, accommodations, and employee requests on its own, Sora centralizes, monitors, and coordinates.

”Usually, they tell you, “Here's a service provider.” Sora says, “Here's a service provider, and I'll accompany you, brief you, and make sure everything is understood.”

Results

A transformed office relationship

The new spaces are very well received.

  • Attractive environment
  • Great location
  • Style and comfort appreciated by all.
  • Visible increase in usage.

“The employees love it. The offices are beautiful, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.”

Nalo is already seeing a natural uptick in attendance, making it possible to introduce a mandatory day of in-person work.

The office is once again becoming a desirable place for collaboration.

Seamless operational management

Thanks to the Sora platform:

  • Tracking occupancy/vacancy costs
  • Tickets centralized in Workplace Manager
  • Documents, leases, and invoices in one place
  • Increased financial visibility

Clément highlights an essential point:

“You will be hard pressed to find more competitive offers. It's a far cry from what we had before.”

Faced with the opacity of traditional leases (charges, taxes, maintenance, etc.), Sora provides clarity, predictability, and flexibility, three critical criteria for a growing organization.

Outcome

For Nalo, Sora was more than just a real estate facilitator: they were a cultural transition partner, an operational ally, and a source of well-being for the teams.

“The relationship at the office has definitely changed since Sora.”

One last piece of advice for companies that are still undecided?

“Meet the team, it’s immediately reassuring.”
