When Clément took over as CEO of Nalo, a French fintech company with 40 employees, he inherited an organization deeply marked by the Covid era: widespread remote working, which had become the norm almost by default.
“During Covid, everyone was working from home. That's how our moderate use of the office began.”
But as the company grows, its historic premises are no longer adequate: they are too small, with few meeting rooms and 16 employees without fixed workstations. For Clément, this is becoming an obstacle to internal culture and well-being.
